Wells Real Estate Funds
Wells Real Estate Funds, a company focused on developing and managing Class A commercial real estate-based investment products, retained REOL to assist in redeveloping its company website, and to create websites for its individual funds. REOL’s focus was to create a layout that presents content intuitively, and establishes a strong branded presence that reflects the company’s various investment and operational interests. The design system and layout REOL created ensures consistency across each website, but permits flexibility so that each fund could uniquely communicate it own offerings. In addition to design and programming, animated brochures and interactive features were also created to engage audiences and market each of the product’s offerings.
